March 11, 2003   This is the cover of My Odyssey, the autobiography of my uncle Stephane.  It was originally published in Bulgarian but was later released in English as well.  My favorite chapter, chapter 26, “My brother Boubi and sister Radka leave Bulgaria”, describes in detail how I fled from the Iron Curtain, at the age of 6, along with my mother, my uncle Boubi and my cousin Mrs. Vetka Tchaprachikova.  It was my uncle Stephane who arranged for all this to happen, and it it wasn’t for him, my mother and I would not be in the United States right now.  This is a really great book written by a wonderful person.  Anyone interested in finding out more about me and my family should read it.  You can order My Odyssey directly from the Internet from www.iUniverse.com, www.Amazon.com or www.Buy.com.  (Drawing by Robin Lehman)
