Sofia, Bulgaria - June 1992  Here is a picture of Anton “Doncho” Tchipeff who is my cousin, and Simeon “Boubi” Groueff who was my uncle and my mother’s older brother.  This photo was taken at the apartment of Nikolina Tchipeva.  My uncle Boubi came there for the day from Plovdiv (the town where he lived, which is also Bulgaria’s second largest city) to meet with my cousin Doncho.
